GSPC Route

Status, 30 Sep 2026: GSPC Route is being designed. There is no public endpoint yet, nothing on this page is a live service, and nothing here is for sale.

GSPC Route is the product name for a governed router built on the GSPC board. A caller (a person or an agent) asks for a task; the router sends it to an allowed path using the caller's own policy and Council of AI's signed measurements.

What it is meant to do

• Route to allowed paths only: the caller's own GPU, a model or platform the caller holds keys for, an MCP tool, an A2A agent or an x402 service.
• Read admitted, fresh, scoped measurements from the GSPC board and apply the caller's policy to them.
• Leave evidence: each routing decision is meant to produce a signed receipt that names the policy it used.

What it will not do

• Rank. Routing is not ranking. It never calls a path best or safest unless a comparison actually separated; TIE and UNTESTED are printed as they are.
• Resell access. Third-party models are reached only with the caller's own keys or accounts, within each provider's terms.
• Measure itself. Measurements come from Council of AI's board. The router consumes them; it does not produce or change them.

• The live GSPC board and /api/gspc, which a router of your own can read now.
• The free MCP tools at https://councilof.ai/mcp, for example board_totals and verify_card (setup).
• Route receipts on councilof.ai.

SwarmBench

SwarmBench, the protocol for measuring what a group of models adds, lives here too. Its results are withdrawn for evidence review; the protocol is kept as a published record.
